Business plan billing is per seat — you pay for each member in your workspace.
- Each member = 1 seat
- You’re billed for the number of seats at your current subscription rate
- Seats can be added or removed at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from
/admin/billing)
- Go to
/admin/billing - Open the Stripe Customer Portal
- Adjust your seat count under Subscription → Manage

No. On the Business plan, all members share the same plan. There’s no mixing of individual plans (Free, Pro, etc.) within a Business workspace.Every member of your Business workspace gets the same access level — unlimited premium messages and all features included in the Business plan.If you need some users on different access levels, consider maintaining separate individual accounts. To invite members to your Business workspace:The person must have a ZeroTwo account (or create one) with the same email address to accept the invite.
Enter email address
Type the email address of the person you want to invite. You can invite multiple people by entering multiple emails.
Set their role
Choose their role: Member, Admin, or keep as Member (default). See the Roles question below for the difference.

ZeroTwo Business workspaces have three roles:

What happens if I remove a seat but still have members?
If your paid seat count drops below your current member count:
- ZeroTwo will restrict new invitations until you either add more seats or remove members
- Existing members retain their access — current members are not removed automatically
- You’ll see a warning in the admin panel about the seat/member mismatch
- Add more seats via
/admin/billing→ Stripe Customer Portal - Or remove members from
/admin/membersto bring the member count in line with your seats

Yes. New Business accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Business plan access:
- All features are available during the trial
- All members you invite during the trial have full access
- A credit card is required to start the trial (for card validation), but you will not be charged until the 14 days end
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
Can I mix monthly and annual billing?
Can I mix monthly and annual billing?
No. A Business workspace can only be on one billing interval — either monthly or annual. All seats are billed at the same interval.To switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa):
- The change takes effect at the next renewal date — you cannot switch mid-cycle
- Switch your billing interval through the Stripe Customer Portal at
/admin/billing
What happens to member data if I cancel the Business plan?
What happens to member data if I cancel the Business plan?
When a Business plan is canceled:
- Member accounts remain as individual ZeroTwo accounts on the free plan
- Each former member keeps their personal chats, files, and settings
- Members lose access to the shared org workspace — shared chats, org files, and workspace-specific settings are no longer accessible
- The workspace admin panel is deactivated
- Remind members to save any important org workspace content to their personal accounts before the cancellation takes effect
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period — plan accordingly
Individual account data is always tied to each user’s email address, not the org. Canceling the org doesn’t delete users’ personal data.
