ZeroTwo’s paid individual plans — Pro, Pro 2x, and Plus Ultra — offer increasing levels of access to premium models and features. This FAQ covers how the plans work, what counts toward your quota, and how to manage your subscription.

Pro Plan Questions

The Pro plan is ZeroTwo’s entry-level paid plan. It includes:
  • 555 premium messages per month — use any rate-limited premium model (Claude Sonnet/Opus, GPT-5, GPT-4o, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Grok-4, and more)
  • All tools unlocked: web search, deep research, canvas mode, agent mode, voice chat, image generation, video generation, and audio generation
  • Unlimited projects — no cap on the number of project containers
  • Up to 10 files per message — versus 1 file on Free
  • Higher limits across all features compared to the free plan
  • Unlimited standard model messages — standard models (GPT-5-mini, Gemini Flash, etc.) are not capped on Pro
When your 555 premium messages run out for the month, ZeroTwo automatically falls back to standard models. Standard models are still high-quality for most tasks.
Pro 2x is identical to Pro in features but doubles the premium message quota:

Pro 2x is ideal for heavy users who regularly exceed the Pro quota but don’t need fully unlimited access. All other features (tools, projects, file limits) are the same as Pro.
Plus Ultra is ZeroTwo’s top individual plan with unlimited premium messages. There’s no monthly cap on premium model usage — you can use Claude Opus, GPT-5, Gemini 2.5 Pro, and any other premium model as much as you want.Plus Ultra is designed for:
  • Power users who don’t want to think about quotas
  • Professional or business use on an individual account
  • Users who need sustained high-volume premium model access
All features included in Pro are also in Plus Ultra.
A premium message is any message you send that is processed by a rate-limited premium model. The following models are premium:
  • Anthropic: Claude Opus (all versions), Claude Sonnet variants
  • OpenAI: GPT-5, GPT-4o
  • Google: Gemini 2.5 Pro, Gemini 3.1 Pro
  • xAI: Grok-4
  • Cohere: Command A
  • Mistral: Mistral Large, Magistral (Latest and Medium)
  • Qwen: Qwen Max
  • Perplexity: Sonar Pro
Messages sent using standard models (GPT-5-mini, GPT-4o-mini, Gemini Flash Lite, Mistral Small, Grok 4 Fast) do not count against your premium message quota.
Use standard models for quick, simple queries to preserve your premium quota for tasks that truly benefit from a more capable model.
When your monthly premium message quota is exhausted:
  1. ZeroTwo automatically falls back to a standard model for that message
  2. You receive a notification that your premium quota has been reached
  3. The response is still generated — you’re not blocked, just switched to a standard model
  4. All subsequent messages for the rest of the billing month use the standard fallback model
Standard fallback models are still capable. For most everyday tasks — summarization, writing assistance, Q&A, code help — standard models like GPT-5-mini and Gemini Flash perform very well.To get premium access back immediately: upgrade your plan (Pro → Pro 2x, or Pro → Plus Ultra). The upgrade takes effect immediately.
No. The premium message quota does not roll over from one billing cycle to the next.
  • At the start of each new billing cycle, your quota resets to the full amount (555 for Pro, 1,150 for Pro 2x)
  • Unused premium messages from the previous month do not carry forward
  • The quota is designed as a monthly allocation, not a cumulative balance
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
  1. Go to Settings → Account → Manage Subscription
  2. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal
  3. Click Cancel Plan
What happens after cancellation:
  • You keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • You are not charged again after the current period
  • At the end of the period, your account automatically reverts to the free plan
There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Yes. ZeroTwo offers annual billing for Pro, Pro 2x, and Plus Ultra at a discount compared to monthly billing.Annual plans:
  • Are charged for the full year upfront in a single payment
  • Cannot be prorated mid-year (if you cancel, access remains through the annual period)
  • Typically offer a meaningful discount over equivalent monthly billing
