Video generation not available
Video generation not available
Video generation requires a Pro+ plan. Free plan users do not have access to video generation. How to fix:
- Go to Settings → Account
- Check your current plan
- Upgrade to Pro or higher to unlock video generation
- After upgrading, refresh the ZeroTwo app and try again
Generation is taking a very long time
Generation is taking a very long time
Video generation is significantly more compute-intensive than image generation. Longer wait times are expected and normal.Typical wait times:
- Short clips (2–4 seconds): 30 seconds to 2 minutes
- Longer clips (5–10 seconds): 2–5 minutes or more
- High-quality models: may take longer than standard models
- Do not close the tab — closing the tab will interrupt generation and the result will be lost
- Wait for the progress indicator to complete
- If more than 10 minutes pass without a result, refresh the page and check if the video appears in your gallery (it may have completed without updating the UI)
- If no result appears after refreshing, try generating again — transient infrastructure issues occasionally cause generation failures
ZeroTwo’s video generation infrastructure may experience longer wait times during peak usage periods. This is normal and resolves as load decreases.
Video has unnatural motion or glitches
Video has unnatural motion or glitches
Unnatural motion, flickering subjects, distorted limbs, or inconsistent backgrounds are known limitations of current AI video technology. This is a fundamental challenge that affects all AI video models. How to minimize motion issues:
- Use shorter clips: 2–4 second clips are significantly more consistent than 8–10 second clips. Generate short segments and chain them together in a video editor.
- Keep subjects simple: A single person, animal, or object performs better than crowds or complex multi-subject scenes.
- Use simpler motion:
"a person standing and looking at the camera"produces better results than"a person performing a complex dance sequence". Reserve complex motion for when you’re willing to accept some imperfection. - Try a different model: Motion quality varies considerably between models. If one model produces glitchy motion for a given prompt, try another.
- Revise the prompt: Vague or contradictory prompts produce more unpredictable motion. Be specific about what is happening and how it moves.
Output resolution is lower than expected
Output resolution is lower than expected
Output resolution depends on the video generation model selected. Not all models produce 1080p output. How to fix:
- Check the model-specific details in the video Studio — resolution specs are shown in the model info
- Select a model that supports higher-resolution output if available
- Note: higher-resolution models typically take longer to generate
Video won't play in my browser
Video won't play in my browser
Browser playback issues usually relate to format compatibility or browser version. How to fix:
- Try a different format: If you downloaded WebM and it won’t play, try MP4 — it has the broadest browser compatibility
- Update your browser: Ensure you’re running a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Try a different browser: Chrome and Firefox have the most reliable WebM support; Safari is best for MOV
- Download and play locally: If browser playback fails, download the video as MP4 and open it with a local player (QuickTime, VLC, Windows Media Player)
- Clear browser cache: Sometimes cached playback issues resolve after clearing cache and reloading the page
General troubleshooting steps
If none of the specific fixes above resolve your issue:- Refresh the ZeroTwo page
- Sign out and sign back in
- Try a different browser
- Check that your internet connection is stable — video generation requires a persistent connection during the generation process
- The prompt you used
- The model selected
- The error message or description of the issue
- Your plan type
