The ZeroTwo Business plan uses seat-based pricing — you pay for each team member who has access to your org workspace. This page explains how seats work, how billing is calculated, and how to manage your subscription.

What’s Included in Business

The Business plan gives every org member unlimited access to ZeroTwo’s full feature set, plus the organizational layer for team management:

Unlimited Premium Messages

No monthly message cap. Every org member can send as many premium messages as they need — no fallback to standard models.

All Tools Unlocked

Web search, image generation, deep research, code execution, file analysis, and all future tools — fully available to every member.

Org Workspace & Admin Panel

Admin panel at /admin with member management, billing, org settings, and app controls. Only available on Business.

Per-Seat Billing

Pay only for the seats you use. Add seats as you hire, remove seats when team members leave.

Seat-Based Pricing

A seat corresponds to one team member with access to your ZeroTwo org workspace. Every active member occupies one seat.
  • Pricing is charged per seat per month (or annually)
  • See current rates at zerotwo.ai/pricing
  • Volume discounts may be available for large teams — contact support to discuss
Pricing is subject to change. Always check zerotwo.ai/pricing for the most current rates.

Billing Intervals

You can bill monthly or annually:
IntervalDescriptionBest For

14-Day Free Trial

New Business accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Business features:
  • Card on file is required to start the trial
  • Full access during the entire trial period — no feature restrictions
  • You will not be charged until the trial ends
  • Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges
  • After the trial, billing begins on your selected interval
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your card on file will be charged for the first billing period. Set a reminder if you want to evaluate without committing.

Adding Seats

When you bring on new team members, you’ll need to add seats before or when you invite them.
1

Go to billing

Navigate to /admin/billing in your admin panel.
2

Open seat management

Click Manage Seats to open the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab.
3

Add seats

In the Stripe portal, increase your seat quantity. Confirm the change.
4

Proration

New seats added mid-cycle are prorated — you pay only for the remaining days in the current billing period.

Removing Seats

When team members leave or you need to reduce costs, you can remove seats.
1

Remove the member first

Before removing a seat, go to /admin/members and remove the team member. This revokes their org access immediately.
2

Go to billing

Navigate to /admin/billing and click Manage Seats.
3

In the Stripe Customer Portal, decrease your seat quantity and confirm.
